Your local movie theaters are the only ones who could.
I used to work for one so I should know. I have a huge collection of posters and banners myself as well as a couple of displays. But what the previous guy said is right. For you see all theaters usually get posters up to six months in advance, and it is the employees who have first shot at them.
And those that they can not take? Are sent back for some studios because of issues like the new Harry Potter movie for example. IF it is pushed back will immediately send out flyers demanding those back for any changes they must make.
Usually only from the theater, and there is most likely a long list of people wanting them. I know some of the shops here buy up all of them from the theaters.
If you worked for a theater your chances would be better. So check out your friends who work at the movies.
