just do it you wont really get caught and its only a movie poster what hatrm can it really do, its the same as selling a video game, we can resell that, why not movies posters?

I beleive the "not for resell" is for the theaters. If you own them you can do whatever you want with them.

if you have these posters, u most certainly bought them, which mean their urs.. u can do everything u want with your stuff .. if its mine ill see it, i paid for it, so it no longer belongs to the "previous owner/store" ….

nope, I got most of mine on ebay.. if you have any REAL movie posters "both sides are printed, one side is in reverse" let me know and I’ll buy them off you regardless of hte movie.

You won’t go to prison, but there’s a small chance you could be liable to the movie studio. A very small chance.

do it. no one is going to know if you have a copy of a copy, or an oldie from the 40’s. Go make a buck.

Dosen’t make it any more right or legal.

There are a lot of ill-informed /ignorant Sellers on eBay (even Powersellers) that do not have legal/eBay statements and policies on their listings.
They either don’t know better or are trying to flaunt the law/eBay rules.

If you are caught YOU will suffer the consequences; ignorance is no defence.
Movie posters are copyrighted- don’t even touch it if unsure as you can be sued (and will be pursued relentlesly)
