I cant take much more of this! Can you help?
My little brohter always gets the royal treatment. He is 3.5 years younger than me, and he always gets treated better than me. His room Has an air hockey table, two room closet, giant posters, sport style locker shelves on his walls, every sport collectible you can imagine, a TV that the Patriots gave him, and nice wall trim, freshly painted walls, and sporty curtains. All I’ve got is a room painted baby blue from twelve years ago, no trim, a big opening in my wall that is being covered by a blanket, only storm windows, a filled in shelf with an un-sanded, un-painted piece of sheet rock, an un-painted closet, a TV that I bought with my own money, hundreds of little tack holes in the walls, and a big one where the door handle is, because there is no door stop. Speaking of doors, mine has chipped paint and tape stuck all over it. My mom asked me to clean my room and also vacuum my brothers room today!

well whoeva said being the oldest was fun lied maybe u should fix up your room urself it’ll take time but i went through the same thing with my younger siblings

Tell your parents that they are not being fair and they are not! I dont know how old you are but you can move out if you are financially able to support yourself if not than hang in there because I know how you feel. My older brother has a bedroom with a bathroom in it and I have a small room thats even smaller with a big bed in it. It sucks but life is not fair. Good luck.
Sit down with your parents and tell them that you feel neglected and ignored, don’t raise your voice or yell, calmly tell them you wish that you could re-paint your room and your door and that it’s not your job to vacume your brothers room. Make is clear and don’t beg and if they still don’t understand how you fell after about 5 days tell them that same thing the next day that you want to re-disegne your room. Hope this helps.
sorry that you feel that way but im kinda like your brother i get every thing and i still have to do every thing my brother always has his room a mess my mom tells him once to clean it an he doesnt but she doesnt inforce it but she tells me over an over to clean my room.
