My best friend recently had an encounter with her favorite celebrity (wont say who), he apparently blew her off and refused to give an autograph or take a pic and now she hates his guts. She’s trashed and burned all of his cds/posters/merchandise and is encouraging all our friends to do the same. I think she’s handeling the situation all wrong, what should I do to help her? Her parents already know but they dont seem to be doing anything.

Ok. So im a teen and my room is pretty boring. I’m into music and I wanted to create posters of album covers that cover my own room. My parents said it was ok. Is there any program that’s free to use to create posters? Also, I might add that I am pursuing to be a graphic designer

Parents, kids, teachers and students make millions of posters each year. They do it for class, for sports, fundraisers and other events or clubs. If you have ever had to make a poster before, please let me know what was the hardest part for you when doing it?

i’m 20 years old, and i live at home. i live right beside a major city so i didnt have to move away for university. anyway, i still have posters in my room, sports-stars and musicians i really like mostly.

anyway i was just looking around my room, and i was wondering what age does this start becoming weird? like posters and everything. i don’t plan on moving out for at least a couple years, my parents and i agreed that i should finish school first.

lol pretty random question, but i dunno i guess im more curious for a girls opinion, would you find it weird ?

Only in the delapidated UK have a seen a variety of signs outside restaurants, shops, cafes, where children are either ‘Barred’ or ‘Allowed’ (ie. "Children Welcome")

Sounds to me that the fact people have to put up a sign in the first place, there must be some ‘fed-upness’ with the way the clever english "parents" bring up their little ones.

In 39 countries, on five conts, only in the UK do you get these signs. Anyone else with a sign (really aimed at the ‘responible’ parents than their little twigs)???

Soccer has gained in popularity in the US for over 20 plus years, but as the kids who once played in little leagues age and mature, their interest in the sport has faltered, thus it has not endured in a way that it has in othe areas of the world. Granted, little league games have become a cliche with "Soccer Moms" being the poster child of parents who network vicariously through their children’s sporting activities, but why doesn’t the interest in it continue after the children who played it become adults?
